Summary:

For the Legendland reunion "The Next Generation" fic challenge. Richard wants to offer a seamstress the choice, as well as the chance, to be trained to be the next Seeker of Truth.

Day 5 – I got to go to the park with my sister and my nephew which was lovely even if the weather is getting definitely cooler. I did manage 617 words of original fiction which fall into the categories of (a) I want to share but not at this moment and (b) novels I will never finish.

Day 6 – I've written 1151 words of Legend of the Seeker fic for a legendland reunion challenge using a picture prompt, 1k minimum entry requirements. I used to write, or finish, a lot more fic when landcomms were more active – see all the work I've posted in Whedon related fandoms at AO3 along with all the LotS fic. Having a deadline and a team to support makes it easier for me to write or harder for me to procrastinate!
I'll be editing and posting that fic because of the deadline, and will promote it at Tumblr soon, so I won't share a snippet.
If there was a DvD landcomm I'd have more finished fics and less WiPs.

I'm about fifty per cent behind where I should be if I was keeping pace with a steady NaNo goal but I'm not going to stress about it. I have bursts of creativity to make up for the lulls.

Just over a week before the reunion phase for the Legend of the Seeker landcomm Legendland begins — 1 September 2016–30 November 2016.
