There's a planned reunion phase for the Legend of the Seeker landcomm Legendland — 1 September 2016–30 November 2016.
Existing members can fill a poll here, any new members (or existing members who want to switch teams) can sign up here.

If you were ever a member, you can go to the poll page http://legendland.livejournal.com/470392.html and tick "graphics" as one of the options for activities you'd like. I'd say it's a given that they will be included :D
If you're not sure about memebership, fill in the poll but go and apply again to pick a team, and mention that you filled in the poll too? :)

I checked with muses_mistress and the poll is only open to current members (ie those who played in the last battle), but the application form should be open to everyone. If you have any more problems, you can message muses_mistress directly :)
