Challenge #13 Make a rec list of fanworks!

I have over 900 bookmarks so let's go with eight of the most recent I've marked as 'rec' with the notes I added to my bookmarks and/or comments I left at the fics.
There's a fair bit of fix-it/character resurrection and some humour, and less of my usual h/c and angst here!

Summary: The first time Grace dies, she doesn’t mean it.
My comment: Dying is easy but living is hard alone, and I'm always glad of Daniel lives/is brought back somehow fics.
The strikethrough text adds to the unreliable narrator feel but then who's to say what is real? The movie itself was more supernatural than I'd expected and this fic explores that further and Grace's overall ability to survive and to take control of her destiny - I think if anyone can then save her and Daniel from the Devil it would be her; the way she and the Devil are seen here, almost as one, makes me wonder at her taking a seat in the Underworld, a dark Queen.

My bookmark notes: Resurrected Q resurrecting Shaw? Yes please! Seven's emotions are captured well here as she struggles, knowing she ought to let go but not being able to. There'll be consequences but they're worth it, the ending shows it perfectly :D

My bookmark notes: A resurrected Q AND a resurrected Shaw? Oh yes, thank you :D Full of very funny moments as Q's grand plan is to have Shaw open a rival winery to take down Picard's vineyard. Shaw's mother is A Lot and the crew try to persuade Shaw to return to Starfleet - he'll probably need a form to prove he's back from the dead - and Seven is there to negotiate :)

My Notes: [I first saw this movie in 2023 and I hated the ending so this fic was a must for me] a truly lovely fix-it where Nell and Theo move in together and grow closer, an unmistakable non-sexual but ever deeper bond, Nell finding new ways to be and behave, Theo growing in her own way, and it's imperfect but it's theirs and it's wonderful.
My Comments:[partially copied to here] for Nell to live, to have a place of her own (or here somewhere that's a new wonderful home with Theo). For a bond between Theo & Nell; I'll admit I'm not heavily into femslash shipping but from the very first moment these two met I shipped them hard. They seemed adorable, complementary to each other, such chemistry!

My bookmark notes This is such a fun read with Thorsen, Tim and Nolan trying to deal with the delightful chaos of Lucy, Bailey, and Angela letting their hair down. Some burgeoning Tim/Lucy, established Nolan/Bailey, and wonderful Angela & Tim. Poor Thorsen but it's very funny to read.

My bookmark notes: In which O Empathy by almostnecatrine lets Geralt finally understand Jaskier and what it is to be human, and to finally admit his feelings.
My comments: This was so much fun. From That was rather a lot of conversational openings. “Hm,” said Geralt. to them imaging for one second Yen would be fooled, to the way Geralt discovers so much about Jaskier and how difficult it is for a human to travel with a Witcher, to the moment he finally admits his feelings.

I've been at AO3 a long time and have a lot of bookmarks just in case I want to read something again or rec it! :)
[also I download a lot of fics and if something gets deleted it shows in your bookmarks as "deleted" but your comment remains so I bookmark a lot of fics with the title, author, summary; if it gets deleted I at least know I have a backup or to go and look for one!]
