Luke Arnold :D The hair is real :D All too often out of costume it turns out it's a wig but the guys mostly have their own hair.
I wasn't completely taken with John Silver in season one although I mostly enjoyed the show but season two of Black Sails blew me away and also made me love Silver - his hair is the best in that season I think. Awaiting season three now (it's aired elsewhere already).
I highly recommend Black Sails and I have some promo posts about it at historyisalie
