Character Roulette:
1. Make up a numbered list of 10 to 15 characters and keep it a secret for now.
2. Ask everyone to make up questions eg:
One forces Two and Seven to get married. Is it a happy marriage?
Five, Six and Twelve form a band! What do they call themselves? Are they any good?
Why *are* all the other numbers afraid of Seven?
5 and 11 have nothing in common but their mutual despair at 7, explain.
What secret is 4 keeping from 3?
3. Then fill in the names from your list and answer accordingly.
4. Post results. Or write ficlets. Or both.
I have a list of fifteen characters. Prompt me questions please! Feel free to steal/adapt the questions from other memes or that first Tumblr link if you're stuck for ideas.

I really love this question though the first three are all a bit too similar in their skill sets; the Android can hack or fake security feeds or kick butt in fact. Cassandra or the Android would be on code breaking/hacking while the rest of Team Badass in Heels do the punching/kicking. Peggy and Cassandra are good on languages. Cara would be the best at torturing should it come to it!

15 decides to hitch-hike across country to meet long-distance friend 14. 5 picks them up for a while, but 8 drives them most of the way. Do they become friends or hate each other instantly?
If 11 and 1 decide to have/adopt a baby, would 2 or 4 be a better nanny? And how confused would the kid be if it took after the nanny rather than its parents?

Meaningless to you I'm sure but I'll answer because this is fun. They'd all have knowledge; Android in her data banks.
Cassandra (a genius synesthete with Leonardo style imagination sequences – and a tendency to flirt with women, suggesting she's gay or bi, plus an interest in the intersection between science and magic) has probably read All The Books about the wilderness.
Elijah is a vampire from time immemorial and has acquired a lot of wisdom.
As she's the only human, the others would insist on her having the blanket.

I am lol'ing at Jarvis hitchhiking! I think he and Leo would get on. Jarvis would be polite and Leo would point out interesting things along the way, and maybe Jarvis brought along a packed lunch to share.
Clearly when they get there Leo will fall for Jarvis's friend Riario!
That is, if they survive. Leverage's Parker does not see risk the way other people do, and was a getaway driver at age 12; she drives like a maniac whether the situation requires it or not!
On re-reading it looks like Leo takes Jarvis part of the way and then Parker picks him up. Poor Jarvis will wish Leo had been going to where Riario is. I'm sure he'd be very polite about, "Please, Miss, I'm really in no hurry and WATCH OUT!!"

Phew, that's a complicated set of options right there. Cesare is actually very good with Lucrezia's child, doting on the baby like it's his own, but he wouldn't want to do it fulltime. Ditto Peggy; I like fics where she's Aunt Peggy to a young Tony but I don't think she'd be much for babies. She'd probably be on the phone to Jarvis within half an hour! "It's crying. I rocked it for a full two minutes and it's still crying. What is the protocol here?"
The kid has four role models who are all shades of multi-lingual, incredibly smart, and deadly. Cisco not so deadly but he can look after himself. So I don't think there'd be confusion :)
Nolan Ross (Revenge) was the only number leftover, and he once set up a daycare for his employees and dated a social worker, so maybe he can find someone a little more into reading bedtime stories that are more traditional fairy tales and less Roald Dahl's Revolting Rhymes; the Red Riding Hood in those stories keeps "a pistol in her knickers" and walks away with a wolfskin coat and some pigskin luggage by the end of the book. Which is fine for older kids but not for very little ones!

I love the thought of Vanessa besting Mal and then having a wild threesome. That one fit surprisingly well, too!
My favorite is definitely the hitchhiking one, and not just because I know all those characters! \*/ I have to LOL about Jarvis hitchhiking--maybe Howard gave him a long-awaited vacation? I'm trying to wrap my brain around him and Riario being friends...and in a weird way, I like it! Season 2 of Agent Carter started airing in the US last night, and I thought of you. I hope it will be on in the UK soon! Parker would terrify me as a driver but the thought of her and Jarvis trapped in a car on a long ride makes me giggle at his pain. I'm sure he'd be eager to escape before he ended up the accidental accomplice in some big jewelry heist and then be part of a police chase...maybe he could get out at a rest stop and be picked up again by Leo? There would surely be some sparks when they finally arrive at Riario's place heehee.
My mind boggles at the last one also! But like you said: The kid has four role models who are all shades of multi-lingual, incredibly smart, and deadly. I love that! It would not be a traditional family, but it would certainly be effective and that kid would end up better than all of us! :D And I'm glad the last one worked in perfectly too. This was such a fun meme!
I am scared by that Revolting Rhyme! I've never read any of Roald Dahl's stuff, but the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie weirded me out as a kid so I never rushed out to find his other works. xD

I'm loling at Parker tossing a bag into Jarvis's lap after a quick stop at a bank and he opens it to find diamonds and "Um, are these yours?" "They are now. Hold on, need to make the state line."
The Revolting Rhymes are a great example of twisting fairy tales for kids and adults who find the modern sanitised versions a bit twee; a Cinderella who doesn't like her violent prince, and a badass Red Riding Hood turn the damsel in distress tropes on their head! Exposure to these might explain why I enjoy the overall tropes a lot more than I enjoy the traditional tales :D
I'm a sucker for Beauty and the Beast, so long at the Beast isn't too tidy and stuck up when he transforms, but I also have a thing for Red Riding Hood who isn't in distress as well as a male!Red/female!Wolf idea I was working on a long time ago.
