Yes, this is where the exceptions come in. If it hasn't aired and isn't likely to air in your country, I don't see that as "lost audience" any more than me rewatching Legend of the Seeker on Youtube is "lost audience" because I've seen all the episodes on SyFy and the DVDs are not available in my region :D
Thank you for understanding, bb! *HUGS* In cases when show is unavailable maybe online sites/torrents are actually "gained audience" because they allow people to see shows they couldn't have watched otherwise, and then those people go and help promoting those shows on Tumblr/Twitter/FB and it's a good thing for the show... I guess.
Also "leave/live". How did it come out that way? O_O I should go die in a fire now.
