meridian_roseI've got a lot of writing projects on at the moment. I'm writing this out in an attempt to plan out what to do and when
Dark Bingo - multifandom, allows original content. one fill done. One fill I'm editing to death - I'm reluctant to post it because it's my first time writing in the particular fandom of the fill, and it's a different style [reverse chronology] - something I've always wanted to try, and now find myself paralysed by fear over.
If I don't get a line, I can submit the two fills as an amnesty. Dark Bingo closes February 3rd, 2012 - okay, I thought it was sooner than that. *sigh of relief*
Angst Bingo - multifandom, original content allowed, new round, about to sign up. Sign ups close October 22, round ends April 30th. Plenty of time *she says now, wait until it's suddenly February*
hurt/comfort bingo - multifandom, original content allowed, one fill done, one fill started, round ends Dec 31, 2011 with amnesty options.
Yuletide - sign ups will open soon. I want to do this, but we'll see how 'whelmed' I am when sign ups open.
CW Big Bang - Smallville/Buffy crossover. wordcount achieved. I'll have to fudge one of the fandom's timelines for the crossover to work but it's a minor thing. Almost done with this. rough draft due October 31st. Can still edit/have beta'd after that.
Smallfandom big bang - probably Veritas [I have V and Legend of the Seeker as acknowledged reserve options]. I've got about five k done including notes, but there's a lot of plot that's eluding me right now. Also I can't find the DVD I recorded the last episodes on, so I can't watch the final episode or two, and I wanted to set this post canon. Issues. Next check in November 1, 2011
100 Tales - multifandom, original content allowed, no deadlines. I've completed 47 prompts, so I'm almost half way.
30 day fiction meme - original content preferred, no deadline. I've completed 20 so far. There's a second semester if I ever complete this one.
Other stuff:
how fiction works 30 day meme - a couple more questions and two fic exercises to finish this one. No deadline.
Legendland open challenges, closing in one week or less; fanart, scavanger hunt.
Throneland open challenges, none current.
TVcrush20in20, closes 20th October, claim is Falling Skies. Have found some screencaps but haven't made any icons.
LotS Monster Mash - three fills so far, will try and do a couple more
Samhain post - before the end of October, write up a post about celebrating Samhain
I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff.

Date: 2011-10-10 04:27 pm (UTC)I was :D yesterday, having done the TFLN challenge and the Legendland fanart. Just the awful scavenger hunt to tackle. And then there was the slew of fresh challenges this morning and I was :O
So yes, I'm going to try to do it, might do icons. I need to do my Falling Skies ones though, since they're due first, and I can only do so many icons at once. I tend to really stare at the screen when I do graphics and nearly give myself eyestrain :P
