Title: The Captain, His Quartermaster, and the Sea Witch
Fandom: Black Sails
Pairing/Characters: eventual Silver/Flint, Jack Rackham, Charles Vane, Dufresne, Billy Bones
Rating: PG-13 (no sex, but Flint is a potty mouth)
Word Count: 3932
Summary: Post S2: Silver makes a bargain with a sea witch to restore his leg, never imagining she would take his voice as payment. Now it's up to Flint to get Silver's voice back but it will take a lot of running around on ridiculous quests, though that gives the captain time to consider his true feelings for his quartermaster.
Content Notes: No standard warnings apply. Crack/humour. Fairy tales/folk tales. Elements of "The Little Mermaid" and "The Old Woman and Her Pig". Warning: fix/erasure of canon disability.
Author Notes: Thanks to Leny for brainstorming when I got stuck on the quests, and for pushing for the more ambiguously resolved and more romantic ending.
