Summary: A short poem about the moon, love, and divinity
Content Notes: No standard warnings apply.

Lines based on dialogue from a fic I'm working on. Original version:

Can not two men both adore the moon
And have Her gaze upon them both with love?
Does not your Goddess love thus
She is not jealous
She is not limited in her affection
So why would you be?

Edited Version using the best of the translated lines and very minor editing

Can not two men worship the moon
And to have her look at them with love?
Not your goddess of love so
It is not jealous
It is not limited in its attachment
Why do you need it?

Translated versions:
Could two people both love the moon
And he looked at the two with love?
Not your goddess of love and
not jealous
Without being restricted in his affections
Why do you need it?

Can not two men and adore the moon
And to have her look at them as love?
Not your goddess of love so
It is not jealous
It is not limited in its attachment
So why would you be?

Can not two men and worship the moon
And to be seen as love?
Not your goddess of love so
It is not jealous
It is not limited in its attachment
So, why would you?

Your poem is lyrical and beautiful. I love the original, but am really fond of all of the translations, too.
