The sun was warm on her face. Marrah was glad that neither she, nor Larissa, who'd recently moved in with her, had to work today.

While Larrisa's blonde hair was splayed out on the pillow, Marrah's was braided from the previous night, when she'd donned her leather tunic and become Mistress Marrah, and Larissa her pet.

In her daily life Larissa – a skilled fighter - was bold and forthright. In private, she revelled in submissiveness. Marrah had fantasised about being a Mord'Sith's pet, but found she enjoyed being the dominant partner.

Larissa stirred. "Hey, beautiful. How about some tea?"

Marrah kissed her. "In a while."

Larissa's hand found Marrah's, while Marrah snuggled closer to her.

It was going to be a beautiful day.
