Day One
Talk about your Happy Place - the things that give you joy, calms you or keeps you sane.
My family – especially spending time with my sister, my nephews, her dogs. Nature – feeding and watching the wildlife, gardening, walking, the beach, sitting outside on summer evenings with a glass of wine. Snuggling into a cosy bed with my kindle. Reading and writing. Watching something that inspires me. Music, the right thing at the right time.
