Sherlock BBC fanfic 'Make It Through'" by fenm for the hc_bingo promot "Depression".
Rating: PG /Word Count: 722/ Warnings: Discussion of John's wound/scar
Summary: In the midst of depression, Sherlock finds an unusual source of strength and hope.

Overall: It's slash but very mild and the characters are very well drawn.
Why I recommend it: on the strength of this particular quote from Sherlock:
