Thanks :) LOL, I eat pancakes frequently but you don't tend to see them in UK restaurants a lot do you! Though Weatherspoons has a new American Breakfast option which includes the thick USA pancakes + syrup along with sausage etc!

I went with traditional lemon and sugar but sometimes I do use chocolate spread for extra indulgence, or cinnamon and sugar since trying that at the annual Frankfurt Christmas Market in Birmingham :)
