Kahlan Amnell is a smart and responsible student majoring in law. Cara Mason is on a cheerleading scholarship with an eye to joining the FBI. The president is Z Zorander, who has his eye on Cypher, being secretly the student's grandfather. Professor Rahl is a political science lecturer, a class Kahlan excels in, Cara does well in, and which Richard ought to pay more attention to. Other faculty include Professor Shota, Communication and Rhetoric, and Professor Sauventreen, Theology.
