I love that Zedd realized his mistakes, and how he's tried to be different, more supportive toward RKC, and hopefully Jennsen at some point.

I also like that the journal might have some dangerous secrets in it, connected to the family somehow, and that it will eventually get passed on to Richard or Jennsen.

And Cara is so sweet here, worrying about Zedd and following him...:)

They all knew how deadly it was to tamper with the past. Better to acknowledge it, learn from it, and move on.

This line is just perfect :D I hope Zedd has really learned his lesson about meddling with the past after the multiple spells of Undoing!
