Thank you :D It comes down again to virtue of birth vs inherent skills and hard work; Kahlan has a love-hate with her Confessor status, but I don't think she's really aware of what life is like for 'ordinary women' and how being a Mord'Sith might even be the least terrible option depending on their circumstances.

I really feel for Cara, left out by the 'coupling'. But Zedd would notice - I like to think he's always kept an eye on her, first because he thought her a threat, but later because he genuinely cares about her :D
