quick update

My internet woes persist.
I've had to walk to my sister's house to use a laptop and wifi so I could check work email and send few updates.

ISP now admits there is a problem so hoping the issue will be resolved soon.
I've been playing a pc game that doesn't require internet access, bit of writing for the intoabar challenge (backing up to a usb drive bc paranoia when I can't add it to a cloud service) and when the weather has been better, reading in the garden, puzzles from a magazine, and gardening.

So I am behind on my DW reading. Please bear with!

Thanks. It's just frustrating and I'm having to prioritise things (work, fun stuff with deadlines) and hoping it goes through because some pages won't work properly if the connection resets while loading/updating. New hardware but still issues but could be a problem with the actual line.

Gosh how annoying for you! I hadn't realised you were struggling with internet problems. Like me when Chrome died on me and I had to download Firefox. I was panicking when Chrome just wouldn't work and thought my internet days were over. I am far too addicted to the internet. I bet you know what I mean!

It is frustrating! We've had new wifi hub and I've got new wifi dongle for pc but it's still intermittent. I've installed an internet monitor to record it as proof. Some sites won't load if they get interrupted, meaning I've had loads of issues trying to get onto my work email. The rest I'm just having to prioritise things with deadlines and trying to at least enjoy the better weather :)

I'm sorry that your internet is giving you such fits. I'm glad your sister is close enough for you to walk to her house. Hopefully it will be fixed soon in the meantime it sounds like you have figured out ways to still work on stuff.
